    An early morning house fire broke out at a home in Wichita Falls just off the 600 block of Marconi Street. Firefighters said the calls began to come in sometime before five this morning. WFFD was able to contain the flames fifteen minutes after the calls came in and were able to extinguish the fire sometime shortly after. The home was heavily damaged.  No word yet on cause or estimated cost of damage done. Stay with Newschannel 6 for more information.

    Wichita Falls Police said a stabbing took place early this morning at the Hunters Crossing Apartments located off the 3000 block of Kell Boulevard. WFPD was called out to the complex sometime just before two this morning about a possible physical argument between two people.

    A chase in Wichita County has landed one man behind bars. It all started just after 9:00pm on Windthorst Road. Wichita County Sheriff's Deputies say the driver of an older Dodge pickup lead law enforcement on a low speed chase all the way the intersection of Peach and Hilltop. Authorities tell Newschannel 6 the driver did stop and was arrested. He faces charges of Evading Arrest.

Wichita Falls firefighters tell our crews on the scene the electrical fire sparked in the attic just before 8:30 p.m. on Kinsale Lane. No one was hurt but the fire left behind a lot of smoke damage so the Red Cross has stepped in to provide the family a place to stay.

The "T" at Texoma Community Credit Union turned blue on Wednesday morning, thanks to some volunteers who grabbed paint rollers and brushes to change its normal color to a blue hue. Credit Union officials wanted to show their appreciation to the Wichita Falls Police Department.

    An early morning crash just west of Vernon claims the life of a 65-year-old man. Around 8 a.m. on Wednesday on highway 70, DPS Troopers said Steve Brown was heading west in a Nissan SUV, when his vehicle collided with a Ford pickup heading east on that same road.
