    Wichita County K9 unit found 2.5 pounds of heroin. A thirty-nine-year-old Hispanic male was placed under arrest after the drugs were found inside a car he was driving. Some of the dope was wrapped in duct tape packages hidden in a concealed compartment of the car. The drugs are now safely off the streets. The drugs had a street value of more than $170,000.     One person was taken to the hospital on Thursday morning, after an accident on Concord and Pasadena. It happened just before 8:45 a.m. when the driver of a silver Nissan Versa was traveling down Concord and ran a stop sign hitting a GMC Denali that was traveling on Pasadena.     Wichita Falls Police and officials with Homeland Security served a warrant on Wednesday to a home in the 2600 block of 9th Street in connection a human trafficking investigation. WFPD says a special agent received a tip that part of a human trafficking ring had moved from the Dallas-Fort Worth area to Wichita Falls.
